AERIUM is a pioneer in the use of RPAS for airport management and regulatory compliance. AERIUM has a proven workflow to support Transport Canada’s TP312 compliance with Obstacle Limitation Surface (OLS) surveys, Foreign Object Debris (FOD) detection and automated runway marking compliance assessments. AERIUM has performed over 2000 RTPAS flights airside at major airports in North America, including Edmonton International, Chicago O’Hare, Calgary International and Grand Forks International.
Project SkySensus is an investment framework project under Innovation, Science and Economic Development (ISED) Canada’s Industrial and Technological Benefits policy.
Funded and led by Peraton Canada for the research, development and commercialization of Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) technology in unmanned systems. SkySensus prime objectives include the advancement of both hardware and software developments related to the RPAS industry operations, standards and training.
