Jordan is responsible for business development, strategy advancement, and fostering collaborative partnerships to further advance Aerium. He complements the team by bringing over 10 years of experience in land management, environmental services and regulatory compliance. Jordan has managed teams in energy, mining and remote accommodation sectors.

Jordan has earned a Bachelor of Management from the University of Lethbridge and has been a member of TEC Canada since 2015.

As an avid photographer, Jordan enjoys spending time in the Rocky Mountains capturing the essence of life in Alberta.

NATHAN CICORIA

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Nathan manages operations, safety systems, and leads the strategic development team for Aerium. He brings expertise in energy sectors such as progressive land forestry management, operations, and management roles.

Nathan has earned a Bachelor of Environmental Science (Geography) from the University of Calgary.

Nathan succeeded as the Athlete Head Coach/National Development and worked up to the High Performance Director for the Canadian National Bobsleigh and Skeleton teams from 2006-2014 and participating in the Olympic Winter Games from 2002-2014.

Nathan enjoys spending time with his family and supporting amateur sports in Calgary through a variety of coaching and administrative roles.

TIM BIBBY

Tim is responsible for business development, strategy advancement, and creating collaborative partnerships to move Aerium forward with its progressive innovations. He brings over 15 years of experience in progressive engineering, operations, and management roles within the energy sector.

Tim has earned a Certificate in Energy Innovation and Emerging Technologies from Stanford University, a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Athabasca University, and a Diploma in Petroleum Engineering Technology from SAIT Polytechnic. He is also a member of APEGA.

In his spare time, Tim enjoys being outdoors with his family.

BRIAN HAMILTON

Brian’s experience with fixed-wing and vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) platforms comes from hours of air time. He is a graduate from the Canadian Unmanned UAV Ground School and completed the UAV online training and Restricted Operator Certificate – Aeronautical (ROC-A). To complete the Aerium team, he brings his expertise in surveying, GIS, photogrammetry, and image processing to produce valuable deliverables from UAV acquired data.

He has earned a GIS Certificate from SAIT Polytechnic and began his career in the Energy sector.

In his spare time, Brian enjoys playing soccer, working on computers or watching sports with friends.

JUSTIN QUESNEL

As a UAS Operator, Justin has logged many hours on both fixed-wing and vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) platforms. His flight experience is supported by the completion of the Canadian Unmanned UAV Ground School, UAV online training and Restricted Operator Certificate – Aeronautical (ROC-A). As a GIS/Cartographic specialist, Justin brings his expertise in 3D Modelling, GIS, photogrammetry and image analysis to produce valuable deliverables from UAV acquired data.

Justin began his geomatics career as a Cartographer and GPS Development Lead for Backroad Mapbooks. He earned a Bachelor of Arts (Human Geography) from Sir Wilfred Laurier University and a Post-Graduate Diploma (GIS Cartographic Specialist) from Sir Sanford Fleming College.


MATT HOLODINSKY

Matt is an experienced UAS Operator with both fixed-wing and vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) platforms. He has completed his studies from the Canadian Unmanned UAV Ground School, UAV online training and Restricted Operator Certificate – Aeronautical (ROC-A). Matt also brings experience in project planning, engineering, photogrammetry, and image processing to produce valuable deliverables from UAV acquired data.

After earning his Bachelor of Science, Petroleum Engineering from the University of Montana and a Diploma in Petroleum Engineering Technology from SAIT, Matt started his career in the energy sector as a Drilling and Completions Engineer. He has since completed GIS courses from SAIT to support AERIUM. Matt is also a member of APEGA.

Matt enjoys playing hockey is his spare time. His passion for the sport provided him with the opportunity play for the University of Montana while going through engineering school.
