Videography, when combined with UAS services, has the capability to capture data that is typically difficult to collect. It can be used to scout areas that are not accessible and to record data that can be viewed from anywhere at anytime. Video footage can be captured at angles and places otherwise not reachable. When using UAS videography to perform a task such as scouting a line where a pipeline would be installed, you do not only see the ground and its deformations, but you can see an aerial view of the surrounding environment. This includes identifying hazards that pose a risk to the project and address safety concerns. Most importantly this is an effective tool to help identify and minimize the risk to people and can eliminate certain safety risks altogether.
